As it gets close to Mary Ellen´s birthday, I fondly remember her as a classmate in a little town of 300 people, Donnellson, IL. We shared times to play at each other´s home. My family moved away, and I recall her mother kindly bringing her to stay for an overnight in our country home. She was a very special friend. May your memories bring comfort to you all, especially at this time.
