Formerly of Virginia Beach, VA; a resident of Melbourne, FL passed away July 30, 2019.
She leaves behind her family in Virginia & her special friend
Tony Griffith in Melbourne who has been an important part
of her life & took special care of her during her illness.
Tracey was a free spirit who was her happiest when she was walking the beach with the sun on her face & her toes in the sand; beach combing with her faithful companion, Sebastian.
A celebration of Tracey's life will be held in Virginia Beach.

Tracy touched the lives of many people. I was fortunate to know her since childhood and we shared the simple joy of the beach, animals and many good friends near and far ♥ Please accept my sincere condolences on her loss. We can all continue to carry a torch in our hearts and in her memory. Go Peacefully and Shine!

Whenever and always when I saw Tracy here or there she was smiling,laughing,and brandishing her dynamic sense of humor with good will. She was always open hearted and fearless.God bless all those who love her especially her family. She was too genuine not to be dearly missed and too loving not to be treasured in paradise.

I am so very sorry for the loss of Tracey. She & I have known each other our entire adult lives
and we had alot of good times. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. I pray that God will wrap his loving arms around you all and give you comfort and peace.
