Willie Mells Obituary
Melbourne - It is with great sadness that the family of Retired MSgt Willie E. Mells announces that he passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the age of 73 in Melbourne, Florida.
He is at peace and reunited with his parents, Robert and Ester Mells, and his brother, Andrew Mells who have gone before him.
He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Connie, his children, Roger (Sherrie) and Grace, his grandchildren, Jami (Shaun), Jordon, Lyric (Jessie), Talia, Asriel, Sierra and AloraDannon, his great grandchildren, Peyton and Amelia, his siblings, Robert, Bertha, Larry (Dorothy) and Ricky (Bernice), his numerous nieces and nephews, his former daughter-in law, Jana (Dewight) and numerous friends.
His memorial service will be held at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

Willie was a great boss & friend, he & Connie welcomed us into their family & we cherish those memories. Our daughter was lucky to be able to call them uncle Willie & aunt Connie while growing up. Bless you Willie we know that you are at peace in heaven.
