Alberta Farrell Obituary
There will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends may attend Alberta's Funeral Mass on Wednesday (May 18) at 11 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, with The Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Doran Funeral Home Inc., Seneca Falls.
Alberta was born January 13, 1916 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Albert and Laura Jumonville LeBlanc. Alberta moved to Lakeland, Florida 28 years ago from Seneca Falls. She was a pharmacist for the U.S. Army, a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church of Lakeland, Florida, a member of the Council of Catholic Women and a former minister to the sick at Church of the Resurrection, Lakeland, Florida.
She is survived by sister, Faye Johnson; brothers, Albert P. and Thomas LeBlanc, and many nieces and nephews.
Alberta is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Farrell; sister, Beverly Tarantolo; brothers, Donald, Alvin. Lynwood, and Merrill LeBlanc.
