Seneca Falls - Arlene M. Liscum, 79 of Ovid St., Seneca Falls, N.Y., died Sunday (August 18, 2013) at her residence. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Wednesday (August 21) from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Thursday (August 22) from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seneca Bible Baptist Church, 1859 Auburn Rd., Seneca Falls, N.Y., followed by a funeral service at the church at 11 a.m. with Arlene's son-in-law, Pastor Terry Fenton, officiating. Burial will be in Restvale Cemetery, Seneca Falls.

Arlene was born in Pamelia, N.Y., on March 14, 1934, the daughter of the late Royal & Ruth White Miller. She has resided in Seneca Falls for the past 5 years, moving from Liverpool, N.Y. She had been employed by the Sandwich Chief of Liverpool, N.Y., while residing in Liverpool. She was a member of Seneca Bible Baptist Church, Seneca Falls and the ladies group of her church. Arlene was a woman who loved her time with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen (Terry Sr.) Fenton of Seneca Falls, N.Y., Joanne (Terry Sr.) Mills of Seneca Falls, N.Y.; two sons, Thomas (Amy) Liscum of Seneca Falls, N.Y., Michael "Dan" (Karen) Liscum of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; 19 grandchildren, Sarah (David) Pitcher, Suzanne (James) Mathewson, Joanna (Dan) Pickard, T.J. Fenton, Elizabeth (Paul) Taylor, Anna Fenton, David (Angelina) Fenton, Paul Fenton, Michael (Allison) Fenton, Julie Crough, Terry Mills Jr., Kathryn (Jeremy) Schenk, James, Judith, Daniel, Elizabeth, Bree, Alyssa, & Morgan Liscum; 17 great- grandchildren; a sister Joanne Smith of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; two brothers, James (Doris) Miller of Watertown, N.Y., Michael (Louise) Miller of Rochester, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was predeceased by two sisters, Helen Davidson & Rebecca Austin; a brother, Bert Miller and her lifelong companion, Dick Spina.
