Barry was born July 8, 1957 in Penn Yan, N.Y., the son of the late Leo F. Cadwell Jr. and Carol Semans Cadwell. (Chad McCabe) Budd of Horseheads; numerous cousins; an uncle, Robert Crans; and two aunts Jane Cadwell, and Sylvia Cadwell all of Dundee; his Best 4 Legged Friend, "Sassy"; countless friends & neighbors whom helped in many ways during his illness, the staff at Dandy Mart, and the Crossing Diner.
He was pre-deceased by his father Leo F. Cadwell on Feb. 15, 2009.
Barry wanted to publicly thank special friends Mike Westfall and the Raymond Hoover family and the Mennonite Community for all of their love and support.

Barry was one of my favorite people when I was a young girl. How I loved to pull a stool up to the counter next to him at my parents restaurant and talk his ear off while he drank his coffee and ate my grandmothers homemade pie. He always had a smile (and patience) for me. One of the kindest men I have know. Enjoy your pie and coffee in heaven Barry.
