Bonnie Marchek Obituary
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Mary's Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Geneva Living Center North.
Bonnie was born January 21, 1961 in Waterloo, the daughter of the late Freeman and Dora (Plate) Cornwell. She was a 1979 graduate of Waterloo High School. She worked as a waitress at Patsy's Diner and Connie's Diner for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially Monday night meetings at the green table. She loved her trips to the casino, bingo, crafting and cruising with her friends.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, of 44 years Wayne; her sister Robin Cornwell; her brother Bill (Bern) Cornwell; several nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
She is preceded in death by her son Wayne "Scooter" Marchek Jr.; sister Patty Smithoover and brother Harold Cornwell.
Wayne would like to give special thanks for the compassionate care Bonnie received from the nurses, aides and Ontario Yates Hospice, also special thanks to Tammy, Amy and Kay.
