David VanVleet Obituary
LODI - David L. VanVleet, age 77, went to be with the Lord November 9th, 2012, in Scottsdale, Arizona. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday (July 26, 2013) at West Lodi Cemetery, with Rev. Diane Walker of the Ovid Federated Church officiating.
David was born on June 8, 1935 to Lawrence VanVleet and Lovina (Woodman) and raised in Lodi, N.Y.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth Joyce (Hull) VanVleet and their 5 children, Diana (Dan) Pearson, Tom VanVleet, Barbara (Vernon) VanVleet-Marsh, Paul (Hilde) VanVleet and Peter (Larissa) VanVleet. He has nine wonderful grandchildren. His siblings are Harriet Wagner, Ruth Wagner, Stanley VanVleet.
He is preceded in death by his brother Dr. John VanVleet.
