A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday (May 7) in Elmwood Cemetery, Rt. 14 N., Lyons.
Memorials may be made to Homeless Veterans, P.O. Box 10142, Alexandria, VA 22310, or to a charity of one's choice.
Deb was born in Owego, N.Y. on September 4, 1957, daughter of John and Loretta Fennessey Donnelly. She was a Reading Teacher at Lyons Elementary School for 34 years. She retired in 2013.
Deb is survived by her son, David, of Newark; stepson, Zachary (Anna Lisa) Perry, of Romulus; stepdaughter, Kristi Perry, of Newark; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Francis (Butch) Perry in 2011.

Dear David: I am so very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I will always remember her growing up on Armstrong Place and the Montrose Turnpike in Owego. My parents and her parents were very good friends. Debbie was such a beautiful, caring person and we all enjoyed a good laugh together. My deepest sympathies to you.
