Doreen Knox Obituary
Doreen was born in Canada, May 16,1922 daughter of George and Elsie Oliphant Knox. She worked for NY Telephone Co. over 40 years. She worked as an operator right up to mangement level before retirement. She had worked in Newark and Camillus, where she lived for many years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for 20 years. She loved to travel.When she lived in Camillus she was a member of Emman-UEL Methodist church of Camillus.
Survived by her sister; Frances (Dr. Edgar) Everhart of Lyons; one niece, and four nephews.

We have so many wonderful memories of celebrating the holidays with Doreen and family; we sat together at the Kids' Table for many years! We had good conversations. It was a privilege to have her in our lives. CELEBRATE her special life!
