Frank Morris Obituary
The family will receive friends at the Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St. Penn Yan on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. A reception will be announced.
Frank was born January 7, 1953, the son of Leadley and Catherine Morris. He was predeceased by both of his parents and two brothers, Thomas and Daniel. He graduated from Penn Yan Academy in 1971. Frank worked and retired as a Nurse's Aide at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. He continued his compassion for helping others after retiring, volunteering his time as an aide at Keuka Comfort Care, and as an active member and volunteer at the Moose, Elks, American Legion, and Seneca Lake Duck's Hunter's clubs in Penn Yan. He was especially passionate about supporting veterans and also volunteered with the Veteran's Honor Flight Program.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Dillon; children, James, Michelle, and Renee Morris; and stepsons, Brian, Brandon, and Bruce Dillon; 9 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
