George Patchett Obituary
Friends may call on Saturday, February 8 from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Perkins-Ames Funeral Home of Gorham. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, Geneva, N.Y.
Memorial contributions can be made to West Lake Road Fire Association, 5214 West Lake Rd., Geneva, N.Y. 14456.
George was born on November 15, 1936, the son of the late George and Marion Ansley Patchett. He was a farmer for most of his life, operating the Patchett Farm on Armstrong Road in Geneva. George enjoyed playing cards and baseball. After his retirement, he and his wife, Loretta have spent the last 13 years in Lakeland.
George is survived by his wife, Loretta Hansen Patchett; children, Patricia (Michael) Gigliotti, Joseph (Kris) Patchett and Debora (John) Bly; 9 grandchildren, Matthew (Marisa) Gigliotti, Nicholas Gigliotti, David Gigliotti, Benton Patchett, Reid Patchett, Wyatt Patchett, Brittany (Stephen) Johnson, Jamie Bly and Jack (Lauren) Bly; as well as several nieces and nephews.
George was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Janet (George) Scatko.
