Kathleen Russo Obituary

Kathy was born on November 6, 1947, in Binghamton, N.Y., a daughter of the late Carl and Lucia (Sisti) Jackson. She was a 1965 graduate of Greene High School with high honors, received her Bachelor's degree from SUNY Brockport in 1965, and her Masters degree in English Education from Elmira College. Kathy owned and co-founded Interlough Nursery School in Romulus in 1973, and taught English at Romulus Central School from 1988 to 1999, and had been an active board member of the Seneca County Children's Committee.
She is survived by her three sons Jon C. (Louise) Russo of Cherry Hill, N.J., C. Anthony (Leigh Ann) Russo f Honeoye Falls, N.Y., and Matthew (Lauren) Russo of Syracuse, N.Y.; her loving granddaughters Sofia, Lina, Alice, Anna and Anelia; her sisters Lucinda, Theresa, Audrey and Amy; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth.
