Kenneth Burt Obituary
Friends may call Monday (October 22) from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pusateri-Canolesio Funeral Home, 68 Sodus Street in Clyde. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday (October 23) at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph The Worker (St. Johns Church) Sodus Street in Clyde. Entombment St. Johns Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to the Clyde Ambulance, Ford Street, Clyde or Lyons Ambulance, 43 Phelps Street, Lyons.
Ken was born in Lyons, June 4, 1946, the son of Merton and Bessie Hart Burt. Ken graduated from Clyde High School in 1964. He worked for Seneca Falls Machine Company for 27 years and Pearl Technologies in Savannah. Ken loved playing cards with "The Boys", NASCAR Racing and visiting with friends at Donselaars party house on Thursday night. He liked Vegas and poker.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Frances (Garofono) Burt; son, Kenneth Michael (Jamie) Burt of Endwell; daughter, Renae (Edward) Lawson of Savannah; four granddaughters, Katelynn and Ashley Lawson, Kendra and Cassandra Burt; sister, Catherine (William) Moulton of Clyde; brothers, Richard (Barbara) and Larry Burt of Oregon; in-laws, William (Gloria) Garofono of Clyde, Bob (Pam) Garofono of Dexter; mother-in-law, Annie Garofono; nieces, Billie Jo Hodlin and Tiffany Garofono; nephews, Rick (Wendy) Burt and William Garafono III.
