Rachel Dahl Obituary
In keeping with Rachel's wishes, there will be no formal services. The family asks if you would like to make a contribution in her memory to kindly consider the Beverly Animal Shelter, 50 East River Road, Waterloo, N.Y. 13165.
Rachel was born in Waterloo on February 11, 1955, a daughter of the late Frederick and Mary (nee Maddough) Dahl. She worked throughout South Seneca County at various restaurants as a bartender and waitress including the Romulus Hotel, Eagle Hotel in Lodi, The Fernside, and Fayette Hotel. Rachel also worked most recently as a CNA in bother nursing homes in Ithaca and Waterloo. In her free time, Rachel enjoyed crafting, baking for family, and bird watching.
She is survived by her children, Dale (Amy) Kisner and Kelly Kisner; grandchildren, Macy Kisner, Allie (Colton) David, and Morgan Kisner; and several siblings.

Was so sorry to hear Rachel has pass I will always keep her in my heart she was my best friend all through school. Just sad we didn't get together years ago.prays to her family.

I am at a loss for words and saddened by Rachel's passing. We knew each other more years than I can count..we shared many laughs and fun times together, and she will be greatly missed..thoughts and prayers to her family.

We had alot of good times playing card,just hanging out drinking coffee and talking, have family dinners. Rachel always enjoyed having family and friends around. She was loved and will be missed by many.
