Tara LePore Obituary
Calling hours will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday (May 4) at Farrell-Ryan Funeral home, 777 Long Pond Rd.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (May 5) at St. Mary's Church, 95 N Main St, Canandaigua, N.Y. A private burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pluta Cancer Center Foundation.
Tara was born in Geneva, N.Y. on November 22, 1989. As a graduate of Geneva High School '07, she grew up cheerleading and later went on to attend FLCC where she completed her certification to become a daycare teacher. She was a beloved teacher at Kids First Childcare Center where she impacted many young lives.
Tara met Jon in 2014 and they wed at a beautiful ceremony held at Ventosa Vineyard. They moved to their dream home in Greece, N.Y. and began an exciting new chapter together. Tara's life revolved around her young family and she was dedicated to her two boys. From cheering Alex on at his football games to holding dance parties with Ben in the living room, Tara loved every minute of being a mom.
She is survived by her husband, Jon; children Alexzander (8) and Benjamin (3); father, Tom Galiotti; mother, Phyllis Tillman; mother-in-law, Meg LePore; sister and brother-in-laws Michael (Jenny) LePore, Mark (Brittany) LePore, Brian (Kelly) LePore; grandmother, Joanne Galiotti; grandfather, Herman Hetzler; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins; and of course her dog, Remington.
Everyone who met Tara will remember her infectious laugh and incredible strength. She will be greatly missed by many.

Unfortunately Mike & I never had the pleasure of meeting or knowing Tara, but we loved her & are so heart broken for all of her family & of course Tom & Phyllis...we always will keep you all in our thoughts & prayers & know that if there is anything we can do for either of you, even to just sit & listen we are there fore you. May all your memories of Tara eventually bring peace and a smile to you. Our sincerest sympathies & condolences to you both & Tara's beautiful family.

To Jon, Tommy,Phyllis & Aunt Joanne, Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Tara had the most beautiful smile and I loved seeing her so happy with her two little boys and husband, especially when they finally got to Disney World. I loved seeing her so happy and kept up with her on facebook. I prayed everyday for her , she was a fighter! I pray our loving Lord wraps his arms around all of you and brings you some peace. She is no longer in pain. She earned her wings..fly high Tara.. We love you XO
