Rod Erkkila Obituary
Rod was a proud member of the Iron Workers Local 512.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Katy (Haugen) Erkkila; wife, Mary; brother, Freddy.
He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Linda (Brian) Stark, Kirsten Erkkila, Meghann (Dustin) Wahl; grandchildren, Luke Erkkila, Kale Stratton, Kate Wahl, Jack Wahl; great-grandchildren, Alice and Liliana Stratton; siblings, Kendrick, Eric (Nancy), Kathleen (Fred) Gabrielson; sister-in-law, Dana Erkkila; many other family and friends.
The family will greet friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Casual attire is requested.
The family would like to thank Grace Hospice for their loving care to Rod.
