Martha Chadwick

1936 - 2023

Martha Grier Chadwick, age 86 of Cumming, Georgia went to be with the Lord on June 6th, 2023. Martha was born to the late Robert Grier and Camilla Grier in Shelby, North Carolina on September 21st, 1936. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Thomas Chadwick. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Kay Chadwick of Atlanta, GA, daughter, Carol and (Benny) Sorrow of Norcross, GA, daughter Tracy and (Keith) Kennedy of Lawrenceville, GA. Martha is also survived by her brother; William Jerry Grier, and her sister; Bobbie Sue Phillips. Martha is also survived by her 6 grandchildren; Nicole Glen, Chad Sorrow, Jonathan Kennedy, Katie Brown, Amanda Kennedy and Robby Brussell, and 4 great grandchildren; A.J. Glen, Audrey Glen, Riley Brown, Charles Brown. Visitation was on Thursday, June 8th, 2023, from 6:00pm-8:00pm and on Friday, June 9th, 2023, from 10:00am until the hour of service. Funeral services were held on Friday, June 9th, at 12:00pm in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Interment followed at Sawnee View Gardens.
