ANTHONY TALARICO Obituary

ANTHONY TALARICO, 49, passed away on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at his home. Born in Fort Wayne, he attended Wayne High School. He work ed as a truck driver with Overnight Trucking for 15 years and attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven. He loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed woodworking-building benches and bird houses; he liked to golf, fish and cook; and was a car enthusiast. Surviving are his mother, Bertha Talarico of Fort Wayne; wife, Annett Talarico of Decatur; daughters, Jennifer (James) Klotz, Nicole (Jeremy Moening) Talarico and Angel Talarico, all of New Haven, Toni Talarico of Fort Wayne, and Brianna Talarico; sisters, Virginia Hilt unen, Lucia (Steve) Schultheis, Teresa Geyer, and Annita Papenbrock, all of Fort Wayne; brothers, Thomas (Loni) Talarico of Toledo, Ohio, Peter (Vecchi) Talarico of Fort Wayne and Phil (Gina) Talarico of New Haven; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Tommaso Anthony Talarico; son, Thomas Talarico; and brother-in-law, Charlie Hiltunen. Service is 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with visitation two hours prior. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Anthony M. I miss you more and more every day that you are gone, I just wish i could pick up the phone and talk to you and tell you little random things that are going on in my life or that the kids did or just stop by and visit you like i have done at least once a week my entire life. Its just not the same without you hear. You took a huge piece of my heart with you. I really need you to tell me a joke and make me feel better or cook for me. You always knew how to life my spirits when i was down and now your gone, I will always love you and miss you with all my heart. Rest In Peace and know we all loved you and will always be thinking about you.
