ERMA J. FRIEND PRATT

ERMA J. FRIEND PRATT, 80, died Sunday, May 24, 2015. Born Aug. 3, 1934, in Payne, Ohio, she was the daughter of Elmer and Thelma (Rodman) Baker. She married Rolland Moser; he precedes her in death. On Nov. 13, 1954, she married Robert W. Friend; he preceded her in death in 1995. She is survived by four children, Michael D. (Cindy) Moser and Gloria J. (William) Pabst, both of Haviland, Darlene R. (Randy) McMillan of New Haven, and Mary A. Friend (David) Vielma of Haviland; siblings, Elmer (Cheryl) Baker of Payne, Joann (Roger) Barker of Defiance, Carolyn (Jerry) Goins and Toni (George) Searfoss, both of Haviland; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; children, Emily Pierce, Robert Friend and Marshall "Ike" Moser; a grandson; a great-grandson; brothers, John and Glenn Baker; and sisters, Rose Marie Maples and Nellie Hartman. There will be no visitation. Graveside service is 1 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015, at Blue Creek Cemetery, Haviland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the family.
