Geraldine Trosvig Obituary

Geraldine (Lidgard) Trosvig, 86, of Prospect Heights, IL, Passed Away September 27, 2025, at Glenbrook Hospital. Born November 21, 1938, in Grand Rapids, Mi., she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Delores (Radenbaugh) Lidgard. She was a former resident of Fort Wayne, In. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family playing cards, going antique hunting, and many days of cheering for her grandchildren in sports and arts. She also had a deep love of animals and rescued many during her lifetime. She was preceded in death by a husband, Howard in 2005, brothers Donald, Charles, and sister Marie. Survived by her daughter Colleen (Robert) Scholl of Prospect Heights, grandsons Justin (Glenda) White, and Jeremy (Lesandra) Parrish both of Fort Wayne, and granddaughter Samantha (Troy) Bliss of Prospect Hts; 11 great-grandchildren; brother Paul and sister-in-law Sue Lidgard, sister-in laws Lillian and Marlene; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be privately held with family members. Memorials to any local food banks or animal shelter of your choice would be appreciated. Private
