Harold and Martha were kind and gentle people. I remember many times how Harold would bring joy and hope to meetings where difficult decisions were being made. His love for the church and for Christ was evident in all he did.

I discovered Pastor Oechsle as historian at Columbia City United Methodist Church, where he also served. He is fondly remembered by the people who worked with him so many years ago in Columbia City

Harold and Martha were friends of my family from the time I was a child. Harold and dad shared ministry together in the old North Indiana Conference. I was honored to be Harold's pastor when I served Covenant in the late 90's. There was no more loving presence than Harold, always supportive and willing to share his wisdom and experience. He knew how to laugh and to bring joy to his teaching and pastoring. I will miss his mentoring and steady presence. God blessed me and my family with Harold and Martha.

He was a wonderful brother! We have had many visits and calls in our retirement years since our mates have passed. I will miss talking to him very much! I love the whole family and am blessed beyond measure!

Harold was a wonderful man. So very thankful for the friendship Martha and he had with Mother and Daddy (Helen and Roy Eaton). There is much rejoicing in heaven as Harold joins the many Christian witnesses that have gone before. Deepest sympathy, Suzy Eaton McCool and family
