Jason Ealing Obituary

JASON PAUL EALING, 25, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Ossian, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, in Fort Wayne. Born Jan. 12, 1978, in Bluffton, he was the son of Dennis and Angie Ealing of Ossian. "He was a loving husband and father." He was recently discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps as a sergeant and had been accepted as a warrant officer in the U.S. Army. He was a 1996 Norwell High School graduate and attended Murray Missionary Church, Bluffton. He enjoyed anything having to do with sports. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Trisha Sampson Ealing of Fort Wayne; two sons, Tanner Ealing of Fort Wayne and Jared Raber of Auburn; a brother, Chad Ealing of Fort Wayne; grandparents, Paul and Barbara Ealing of Bluffton and Mary Grubb of Bluffton. Service is 11 a.m. Monday at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, Ossian Chapel, 120 W. Mill St., with visitation from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and one hour prior to service Monday. Burial at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Ossian. Memorials to the Ealing children.

I did not know Jason, but I did know his parents and grandparents, as their former pastor in Ossian. My heart reaches out to you in your loss. I know what you are going through. May you find solace and comfort in our Lord
