I had the pleasure to work with John @ the Magnavox Engineering Model Shop from 1984 to 1998. He was the best manual hand crank Bridgeport Mill operator that I´ve ever known. I ran the tool crib there and cut material blanks and supplied tooling for everyone. I see that John made it to 90, which is pretty good. I hope he enjoyed his retirement time and experienced good health for most of it, If I would have known about this sooner, I would have attended his services. I have many good memories of our work time together. John was very precise, and a true master of his craft. Sorry to hear about your family´s loss. Jonathan L. Mickelson
