JOHN W. WALTEMATH

JOHN W. WALTEMATH, 83, of Fort Wayne, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, July 1, 2018. Born April 30, 1935, he was a son of the late Charles and Virginia (Orr) Walte math. He enjoyed a successful career at Phelps Dodge Magnet Wire and began several businesses, including Electric Mobility. He ministered in local churches and in 30 countries, and most recently at St. Joe Community Church, Fort Wayne. He is survived by his sister, Sally (Steve) Beard; children, Julie, Mike, Charles (Jill), and Cathy Waltemath; nine grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in passing by his son, Terry. Memorial service is 3 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2018, at St. Joe Community Church, 2900 N. Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne, with his dear friend, Pastor Greg Byman officiating. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the St. Joe Community Church Missions Fund.
