To the Tapp/Putt family,
Although we lost contact over the years, I recently ran into Kelly shortly after the loss of her dad - John. She was in a tough fight, but like always she was not one to give in easily to an unjust opponent. The way she smiled and became energized when updating me on her kids and grandkids I'm confident she left our lives fulfilled and with alot of love.
Kelly will always be a part of my childhood memories - the numerous sleepovers, riding our bikes, all the typical kid games of hide and seek, kick the can, hopscotch, Candyland and later growing into teenagers and doing each others hair and makeup. Kelly was always fun to be around and will be remembered fondly. My deepest sympathies and heart felt condolences to her Mom - Bev, Brothers - Jeff and Doug, Husband - Scott (you were her soulmate), to her kids and grandkids that I'm sorry I didn't get know you all better.
Goodbye to my friend and cousin and thanks for the hug.

My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to all the family and friends of Kelly. I knew Kelly in high school and saw her off and on over the years. I saw her about 5 months ago a CVS when I learned that she had faught the tough fight. I will always remember the brave face she had, the words we exchaned, and her love for her family. She will be missed very much.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Scott and Family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers everyday. Your loss is also our loss as Kelly was a neighbor and a friend. She seemed more like family to Kate and they always were talking on the phone.
