Kenneth F. Kienlen

KENNETH F. KIENLEN, 95, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005, at his home in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he retired from Nabisco as the office supervisor, working there for 48 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid bowler, had retired to Florida and enjoyed softball, bicycling and shuffleboard into his 90's. Survived by daughter, Sharon Ann Clark of Churubusco; son, Philip Kienlen of Forney, Texas; daughter-in-law, Linda Kienlen of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Rich (Barb) Kienlen, Mark (Elizabeth) Clark, Teresa (Evan) Tuxhorn, Susie (Matt) Novak, Debbie (Scott) Clark, all of Fort Wayne, Laurie Clark of Tenmile, Ore., Tracy (Chris) Clark of Custer, S.D., Andy and Alex Kienlen of Forney, Texas; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie; a son, Stephen Kienlen; a grandson, Christopher Clark; two brothers; and two sisters. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling is also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, with Rosary at 4:30 p.m. and Vigil at 8:30 p.m. Friday. Burial at Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to Heartland Hospice or to the family.
