Mae lived across the hall at our assisted living facility and each morning and evening, we would wave to each other to say Hi, I am okay, and good night. I miss that wave. Mae also was very knowledgeable about Fort Wayne and would give many ideas to our activity leader for places of interest to go to.
She loves music and at the breakfast table, she and another resident would see if the other one knew a song from the good ole days and then they would sing it together. Mae was a beautiful lady and she added to our lives in many ways. We miss her. Love to her beautiful family!!
