MARIANNE MILLER Obituary
MARIANNE (SPAHIEV) MILLER, 44, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at home. Born in Fort Wayne, she worked as a probation officer for 10 years and as a waitress at Duty's Uptown for three years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church. She loved gardening, the outdoors, her pets and most of all her family. Surviving are her husband, Andrew "Gus" Miller of Avilla; sons, Charles and Damian Miller; mother, Florence H. Spahiev of Fort Wayne; and sister, Tana Spahiev of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her father, Ilia R. Spahiev. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church, 3535 Crescent Avenue, with eterance prayers at 9 a.m. Fr. Andrew Jarmus officiating. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with a Trisagion service at 8:30 p.m. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church of the Miller Family Memorial c/o National City Bank. Marianne was a truely beautiful person!I am sorry to know her bright soul is no longer here on earth. She blessed many with her awsome spirit and laughter. She will be greatly missed!

Dear Gus, Charlie and Damian,
Words aren't enough to tell you how wonderful Marianne was. She was so enlightening and friendly and always had a smile. She had the warmest soul and we were all blessed to have had her with us. We will keep her memory with us forever. She did SO much for Teta Ann and Uncle Pete.. and I don't know what I would have done without her caring help. Please know we are here for you for anything and anytime.

I am very heart broke to hear about my little Marianne. I loved working with her and all time we spend talking. I dont know if you remember me. I was the one who did all the trades so you too could date. She was the best, the world lost a beautiful soul But God got a Perfect Angel. My heart and Prays go out to you the boys, Look to the sky you can see her precious smile. She will always be in our hearts

I didn't get to know Marianne very well, but the few times I did hang out with her I absolutely loved her! She was so warm, genuine, and funny and such a fantastic mother. I am so sad for Gus and the boys - my heart goes out to them.

I'm sure her family already know this, but Marianne was one of the most beautiful people I've ever met...inside and out! When my Gradmother started chemo for her breast cancer she was such a source of hope and knowledge for me. I will miss her sweet endearing personality and will always be in awe of her strength. Much love and appreciation to her family for sharing her!

We got to know Marianne when she worked at Duty's. She was a delightful person - warm and cheerful, and always had a funny, cute story about her "boys." We always looked forward to seeing her and made sure we sat in "her" section. She will be greatly missed, and we extend our condolences to her family. Charles and Shirley Champion

I am so sad to hear of Marianne's death. I've seen her for years at church with her mom and boys. She has always seemed so peaceful and so dedicated to her children. I had both boys in my Sunday School class over the years and enjoyed watching them grow. I am so, so sorry for her family. Rest in Peace.
