Decker family,
Mike made a big impact in my life very early on. He was like a big brother during the Ossian Rec days. He was always there to protect me and include me in wiffle ball and dodge ball.
Later in life he always had a big smile whether it was at a Norwell baseball game or on the softball diamond. Mike was a guy that you would always want to be around because he lived life to the fullest. I was blessed to know him.

I am so sorry to hear about Mike. He was such a nice person and always liked to have a good time! Even though I hadn't seen him in years, Mike will always be a part of my Norwell memories. With deepest sympathy, Karen Lockwood.

Lisa and family, you have my deepest sympathy. I had the pleasure of playing Softball with Mike in the early 90's. He was great ball player, but a better person. May he rest in peace!

Lisa, Kay and family,
I am the chaplain at Pretzels. Mike was an great employee and was liked by his co-workers. I mourn your loss. Please know I hold you family in prayer during this difficult time.

Mike was such a fun guy to be around. He seemed to always have a smile on his face and having a great time. He lived life to the fullest and at times could be mischievous. That's what made him so special. When I would see him at the class reunions or visiting the area, he would always talk of his son, Derek. He was a very proud dad. Great memories! I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was always very athletic, fun loving, and a genuinely kind person in high school. He was friendly and liked by everyone who knew him. He always made me laugh. We were all very blessed to have him as a friend. I pray that God will wrap your family in his loving arms and help you to find peace during this difficult time. Lisa, Derek, Kay, John O, Marsha, and rest of the family, Words cannot express what Mike meant to me. We ate a lot of dust together on the ball fields over the years. His zest for life was immeasurable and you could always count on a good time with him. Life on earth will never be the same! We love you all!
