Norma D. Bastian

NORMA D. BASTIAN, 81, died Monday, July 25, 2005 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Charleston, Ill., she was a homemaker. She was a member of Simpson United Methodist Church. Survivors include husband, David Bastian of Fort Wayne; son, George Douglas (Pamela) of Fort Wayne; daughter, Sue E. (Bruce) Thompson of Lebanon; and grandsons, Aaron Nicholas Bastian and Joseph Douglas Bastian, both of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Bastian, in 1971; sister, Doris Jean Whitesel; and parents, George and Ruby Whitesel. Service is 1 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
