PATRICIA HAFFNER Obituary
PATRICIA M. HAFFNER, 87, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Parkview Hospital. Born in LaGrange, she was a clerk at the Central Payment Center with General Telephone for 14 years, retiring in 1984 and had been a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Don) Current; grandsons, Kevin (Kari) Cogdell and Cary (Jennifer) Cogdell; and great-grandchildren, Emily, Lauren and Carson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Elizabeth Lynch; husband, Paul A. Haffner; three sisters; and one brother. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road, with calling one hour prior. Msgr. Robert Schulte officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent's Masses. I have many fond memories of the visits I had in Ft. Wayne with Aunt Pat. She was always appreciative of a good laugh! She and all her sisters were great and are greatly missed. I'm sure that the many happy memories of the times with her from growing up through today will sustain of the coming weeks, months and years, as life continues on. Much love for the family . . .
