RAYMOND A. MINNICK

RAYMOND A. MINNICK, 75, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, at home surrounded by his family. Born Oct. 25, 1942 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Raymond A. Sr. and Alberta Minnick. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Purdue University. Ray was a manufacturing engineer for General Electric for 39 years, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Saint Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church, GE Quarter Century Club, and a 4th degree Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed golf and all Notre Dame sports. Ray is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda; sons, Thomas C (Tiffany) Minnick of Yuma, Ariz. and Matthew A Minnick of Keller, Texas; daughters, Julie (John) Bowden of Stephenson, Va. and Jamie Minnick of Fort Wayne, Ind.; grandchildren, Payton, Alexander, Lindsey and Morgan; sister, Elaine Roberts of Aiken, S.C. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, at St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church, 11521 Old Decatur Rd., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
