Mary Ann and family:
I was sad to learn of Bob's recent passing. You have our deepest sympathy.
Bob was a mentor to me as I traveled through the ranks of the FWCS - his advise and guidance was important to my career, and I will always be indebted to him. He was special to me.
You all are in our prayers and thoughts.

Dear Cowan Family
Your Husband and Father was a great influence on my life and many young men and women with whom he worked. He taught me that discipline is one of the greatest of life's virtues. I am sorry for his passing. May god bless you all.
