Ashley,
I am so sorry to hear about the deaths of Bob and Ruth.
Bob and I met when I was about 7 years old. Neither he nor I knew quite what to make of the other one. One summer when I was visiting, he let me read his Hardy Boys collection. That was the start of our friendship. On one of my last visits to Dad and Germaine, Bob stopped by the house. He talked mostly about you and Ava. He was so proud of you and clearly loved you and Ava.
Ruth and I shared some wonderful times in Fort Wayne. She was a good friend. She also was very proud of you and loved you to the moon and back.
