Even though I was a young Engineer, Ron always treated me with respect. I will never forget the time when he took me on a ride to meet with a client. the advise he gave me at that time was, "listen & learn". On the way back to the office Ron told me he knew I wasn't going to shut up (with a smirk) and I had to give my opinion, and he said he believes I would be great for the business development department. Well, look at me now, I own my own company (with so many like me!!) and I wouldn't be where I am if Ron didn't give me that advice. RIP Ron!!

Mr. Bonar worked with my father Coleridge Brewer Sr. at the City of Fort Wayne. He always spoke kindly of Mr. Bonar and my family and I are deeply saddened by his passing. May God bless his family
