Over 50 years ago, Ron was my Junior High Cross Country coach before he was my Biology teacher. In seventh grade he convinced me to run through the summer before eighth grade, adding that doing that would prepare me better than most other runners. Great advice. Prior to a side-lining injury, he was blazin' fast on the track in the 440!
