He will long be remembered by the police officers that worked for him. He hired me in 1974 and I worked under him until his retirement. Without him I would never have had the successful career I did. RIP to a great man

To Mr. Couture's family,
I first met your dad at the cardiology office years ago and knew right away that he was a kind man. Your mom used to come with him to those appointments and boy could those two make me laugh. I would often see them walking hand and hand on my way home from work. I know he is with her again and at peace. He was always one of my favorite patient. My sympathy to all of you.

Dear Linda, Diana and Cheryl,

Uncle Tito always had the best smile and was genuinely happy to see you, no matter how much time passed between visits, and as long as you didn't show up after 4 pm! He's where he's wanted to be for so long, with Auntie Arline. Thinking of you in the coming days, weeks and months ahead. May your memories provide you comfort and peace.

Love, Deb
