Michael Pehowic Obituary
Mike was a loving husband and father of three. He loved his wife and kids with all of his heart. He was a proud member of the "Sons of the American Legion." He will be remembered as a wonderful father, and grandfather. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a die-hard fan of the beloved Red Sox and Patriots. Mike was also a big KISS fan. He tried to do whatever he could for you and was proud to be the oldest brother. Mike risked his own life a few years ago when he courageously pulled people out of a burning house; on another occasion, he saved a friends life by putting a tourniquet on his arm until medical personnel arrived.
Mike is survived by his wife Barbara; sons, Kerry and Tom; daughter, Holly; grandchildren, Zoey; mother, Audrey; and brothers, Joseph, John, Edward, Patrick and Charles.
Friends may gather at St. Martin Church on Thurs. from 10 to 11 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family. Roberge Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

Barb, I'm so sorry for your loss, Mike was much too young to be taken from you and the kids. Though we didn't know each other well, whenever you came into the Village Market, it was clear you two were close and loved each other very much. I am very saddened by the passing of my Uncle Mikey. He has known my dad since the 5th grade and since I can remember he was always our "Uncle Mikey". He had the biggest heart of any one I knew. I love you very much Uncle Mikey and we will all miss you very much. Can you do me a favor and give Emma Thomas a hug and kiss for me and her mommy when you see her up in heaven.
