Robert Werner Obituary
He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps until 1964.
Robert drove tractor trailer for 35 years, while raising a family in New Hampshire and Maine. After retiring in 2004 he then proudly served his community at the Sanford Food Pantry for over 15 years.
Survivors include a brother, Henry Werner of Merrimack, N.H., nine children, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Bob will be fondly remembered for being full of character, life, love and charity.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 5, from 4-7 p.m., at Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, at the Lebanon-North Berwick Baptist Church, 447 Little River Rd., Lebanon. Burial will be held in the spring at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale.
