Alice Linton

Alice B. Linton, 91, of Frederick, died Saturday, April 5, at Homewood at Crumland Farms. Born June 12, 1916 in Harmony, she was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Rosa Kinna Baker. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mrs. Linton was a licensed practical nurse having worked at Frederick Memorial Hospital and retiring from College View Center. She was a member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren where she enjoyed singing in the church choir.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Mildred Gaver, Helen Schafrick, Thelma Baker, Evelyn Roderick; one brother, Ray Baker and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, at Mount Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Myersville, with Rev. Dr. Michael Watson officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Arrangements are by Ricketts Funeral Home.
