Alyssa Honaker Obituary
In addition to her parents, Alyssa is survived by her stepfather, Michael Stanley, stepmother, Linda Honaker, sisters Tori and Jenna Stanley, brother Jeffrey Honaker, Jr., stepsister Taylor Shaw, paternal grandparents Larry and Kathleen Honaker, maternal grandparents Ronald and Gwynn Kersh, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Alyssa was especially close with her cousin Kenny Honaker, Jr.
Alyssa will be remembered for her sense of humor, her kindness and her compassion and caring ways towards others.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m., on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Molesworth-Williams P.A. Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Md. 20872. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, at Damascus United Methodist Church, 9700 New Church Street, Damascus, Md. 20872. Interment will follow at Mountain View Methodist Church Cemetery, 1150I Mountain View Road, Damascus, Md. 20872.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Mountain View United Methodist Church, 11501 Mountain View Road, Damascus, Md. 20872.

I am really sorry. Jeff SR. was one of my best friends at Damascus Elementary. My heart felt Prayers to Jeff, Stacey, and family. I too, lost a nephew the same way.

We shared a few classes throughout our early years of high school.. we'd spoken a little, I didn't know her well. All I knew was she was abolutely hilarious, a few times I peed my pants from silent laughter listening in on her jokes and stories during class. Her memory lives on in the people who knew and appreciated her, my condolences to her family and loved ones..

I knew alyssa in middle school and some high school, she was so beautiful i always jealous of her and just outgoing and nice. She had her moments just like we all did, we weren't close close but we were close and when I heard what happen.... I still can't believe it, but just like they say with my father your in a better place now and you can feel any harm. Your under gods wings, rip angel
