Blanche Shives Obituary
Annette was born on December 30, 1941, in Washington DC to the late Robert and Katherine Speiden.
Annette is survived by her children, Kathleen, Andrew and Gary and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Robert "Bob" Shives and her brother, Michael Speiden.
Annette was a life long member at All Saints Episcopal Church. She was active in the Shookstown Civic Association, Girl Scouts of America and Waverly Elementary PTA. She loved playing bingo every Monday night at the Junior Fire Company No. 2.
A private memorial service will be held in Frederick, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Frederick Health Hospice, 1 Frederick Health Way, Frederick, MD 21701.
The family would like to thank the staff at Homewood Living and Frederick Health Hospice for their compassionate care.
