JoAnn Mills Obituary
Born August 19, 1950 in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Myrtle Lee (Gue) Wilson. She was a graduate of Linganore High School, Class of 1968.
Surviving is a daughter, Peggy Tobery; a granddaughter, Kassidy Tobery; four sisters, Mary Jane Briggs, Mazie Specht, Janet Samaroo, and Thelma Bruchey; two brothers, Donald Wilson and Paul Wilson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill, Tommy, and Bobby Wilson, and by her sisters, Beatrice Sier, Betty Lou Merck, and Nellie Sier.
Services will be private.

I was your Mom's Avon lady for a long while...I remember laughing with her, she was fun to be around. I loved her, and remember Kassidy being there when I would come by with her order. I could tell the love and respect that kassidy had for her Grandmother, and that says a lot for your Mom.. God will take care of her ....until you are with her again...God Bless
