TO JOHN'S FAMILY, I AM SORRY TO READ ABOUT THE PASSING OF "LITTLE JOHN" I KNEW HIM AS A KID BACK IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS, MY DAD AND MOM WAS PETE & SIS SHELTON FROM THE OLD DEMOCRAT CLUB. I HAVE GOOD MEMORIES OF BIG JOHN, MS. BESSIE, LINDA AND LITTLE JOHN. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THEM, THEY WAS A PART OF MY YOUNG LIFE GROWING UP AT THE CLUB IN THE 60'S AND 70'S. AND SEEING LITTLE JOHN AT THE POST OFFICE DOWNTOWN, HE WAS A LOT OF FUN..
MAY HE RIP AND MAY GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS FAMILY.

Johnny was always good for a laugh even when he was in physical stress. He loved to tease his devoted sister by saying she drove like an ambulance driver. My how he loved those church suppers. John was a good hearted soul who enjoyed a good time. We will miss his dry wit and light hearted teasing. Rest In Peace John, you fought the good fight.
