June Hoyle Obituary
She was the wife of Joseph Elmer Hoyle.
Born March 15, 1926 in Vidette, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Hubert Edward and Ruby Murphy Mays.
She worked as a secretary for the Montgomery County Board of Education for 25 years until retirement.
She graduated from Girard High School in Girard, Ga., and Augusta Business School in Augusta, Ga. in 1942.
She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church, Gaithersburg.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Sandra L. Stevens and husband Ronald of Frostburg; three sons, Joseph Michael Hoyle and wife Brenda of Pennsylvania, Barry Edward Hoyle and wife Marisa of Hagerstown, and Garry Eugene Hoyle and wife Betty of Frederick; two sisters, Jackie Hill and Arnoldine Loren, both of Georgia; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at Muriel H. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Road, Laytonsville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 10 a.m. at St. Martin's Catholic Church, Gaithersburg, Md.
Interment will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md.
