Larry Pearre Obituary
He was a member of the Hyattstown Volunteer Fire Department and he was also a founding member of the Urbana Volunteer Fire Department, which was founded in 1973, and he was a life member. He was the proud owner of Big Woods Greenhouses and Florists as well as Pearre's Florist.
He is survived by his loving wife Nancy Pearre, daughter Scarlet Pearre-Brooks and husband Rob, and son Andre Pearre and wife Michelle; six grandchildren, Aaron, C.J., Erica, Lillie, Robert, and Colton; and two great-grandsons, Aidan, and Edward. He is also survived by his brother Dennis and his sister Sally, who passed the following day.
He was preceded in death by Emmett Jr., Molly Ann, Jerry and Donna.
The family will receive guests at Resthaven Funeral Home on Wednesday April 30, 2025, from 6pm-8pm and again on Thursday May 1st, 2025, from 10am-11am. The funeral service will take place immediately after the viewing. Larry Pearre

Larry and Nancy lived on the other side of our meadow where I grew up on the farm beside their farm. I have always held a special place in my heart for Larry. He could do anything when it came to gardening and florists stuff. He was always filled with goodness in his heart. Life being busy has made me guilty of not seeing him more in the past years but when I saw him it was always like we were never apart. He watched me grow up. He has been something special to me my whole life. Rest in peace Larry. I talk about Christmas´s over at your house to this day with how much time you used to put in to make it so nice. The train set up and everything. Thank you.

Larry was my next-door neighbor. He always had stories to tell about the neighborhood, and I learned so much from him. I'll definitely miss seeing him around the Urbana Firehouse events. RIP, my friend. Condolences to Nancy and family.
