Nancy Ann Salvatore Pastor, 67, of The Villages, FL and formerly of Frederick County, was surrounded by her family when she died Friday, April 3, 2015, at her son's residence in Sabillasville, following a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born Nov. 11, 1947 in Greensburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late James Vincent and Stella Jean Marshall Salvatore.

She enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are children and spouses, Penny and Gregory Hutsell of Westminster, Matthew and Susan Pastor of Sabillasville, Michael and Christianne Pastor of Smithsburg; grandchildren, Joshua, Kendra, Savannah, Justus, Rachel, Sarah and Michael; former spouse, Richard Pastor; sisters, Suzette Fedor and husband, Michael and Judy Salvatore, all of Greensburg, Jennifer Salvatore of Jeannette, PA; nephew, Michael Fedor; niece, Angela Salvatore; and dear friend, Jerry Thompson, of The Villages.

She was predeceased by a brother James V. Salvatore Jr.

The family will receive friends at Hartzler Funeral Home, (Libertytown), 11802 Liberty Road, Frederick, on Monday, April 6 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and one hour prior to funeral services.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Libertytown.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Nancy. I have such fond memories of the many years I worked with Nancy at Eagle Jewelers. I was looking forward to rekindling our friendship as I am preparing my retirement at The Villages Florida. Hold onto your memories as they will see you through these sorrowful times.

To Nancy's family: I was so very sorry and saddened to learn of her passing. I always looked forward to her coming into the shop, the conversations about her children and grandchildren, and the Godiva chocolate she brought for me with each appointment. I will miss her smile, her class and style, and her friendship of almost 20 years. Thoughts and prayers to you, her family.
