Pauline Kroehler Obituary

Pauline Leona Kroehler, 89, of Harpers Ferry, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice. Born January 23, 1935, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late William Trainor and Cecelia Miner Trainor.

Pauline graduated from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech. She was Director and Producer of Irish American Cultural Institute programs and was very active in the Episcopal Church in both New Jersey and New York State.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, John Kroehler; her son Mark Kroehler, and wife Carri, of Cape Coral, Florida; daughter, Noelle Main, and significant other Charles Stackhouse, of Harpers Ferry; seven grandchildren: Erik, Taylor, Sarah, Kimmie Stafferi, Brittany Wiles, Timmy Figgatt, and Cody Figgatt, and five great grandchildren: Everette, Lyle, Kiley, Olivia, and Lettie Mae.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Leveille.

A Celebration of Life will be held 3 pm, Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
