Tina Roni Carter-Harris

Mrs. Tina Roni Carter-Harris, 46, of Kearneysville, West Virginia and formerly of Frederick, died on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at the Winchester Medical Center, in Winchester, VA. She was the loving wife of Alex L. Harris.

Born in Frederick, on December 24, 1966, she was the daughter of Bernard Walter, of Frederick and Patsy Burns Alexander, of Frederick.

Tina was a wonderful wife, daughter and an awesome mother, she gave all to her family. She was very active with all her boys school activities and also was active with the sports boosters.

Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are her three sons, Dale Justin Carter, Steven Taylor Carter and Austin Cole Carter, her mother's fianc_, Dave Hauger and step mother, Charlene Walter. She will also be sadly missed by her father and mother-law, Phil and Claudia Harris and many aunts, uncles and cousins, including special aunts and uncles, Gene Burns, Susie May, William Burns, May Burns and Linda Kuykendall,Ê and her three puppies. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparent's, Raymond and Harriett Burns and a cousin, Alton Duncan.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m., on Friday, February 15, 2013, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the funeral home. The Rev. Timothy S. May, will officiate. Interment will be private.
